Annum Hassan, DDS

Dr. Annum Hassan grew up in the Bay Area. After completing her under graduate education at UC Berkeley, she received her dental degree from NYU College of Dentistry. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Santa Clara County Dental Society. She regularly attends continuing education courses to stay up to date with advances in dentistry and to provide patients with the best possible care. Dr. Hassan was drawn to dentistry for its direct positive impact in people's lives. She believes in putting patients first and making sure they are comfortable throughout any procedure. She enjoys seeing the immediate difference in a patient's oral health after treatment and how it can affect their overall health, confidence, and appearance. Away from the office, Dr. Hassan likes traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

Jasmeen Aujla, DMD

Dr. Jasmeen Aujla earned her undergraduate degree in UC Davis prior to attending Dental School in Boston. She graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2012. She subsequently was one of the few doctors accepted into the General Practice Residency at the Brooklyn Veteran Affairs hospital where she furthered her clinical training in all aspects of dentistry. Dr. Aujla is passionate about dentistry, and continues to further her training with continuing education courses, and study groups. She takes the time necessary to explain, and discuss a patient’s personalized treatment, with the goal to provide the best experience for her patients. She believes prevention and education are essential in a patient's goal to achieving optimal oral health. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, travel, wine tasting and spending time with her family and friends.

Elena Heredia, DDS

Dr. Elena Heredia is a native Californian who attended the University of California, Davis where she majored in Biological Studies. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of California, San Francisco. Upon her graduation, she was recognized as the Dean's scholar for demonstrating outstanding academic achievement and community service. Since her graduation from dental school, Dr. Heredia strives to provide quality dental care with genuine commitment to the overall well-being of her patients. Dr. Heredia maintains professional memberships with the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the San Francisco Dental Society. Dr. Heredia was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She later relocated to Sacramento where she discovered her passion for dentistry. She is fluent in Spanish and resides in San Francisco with her family.

Linda Kuo, DDS

Dr. Linda Kuo grew up in Kansas with Midwest roots before moving to the West Coast for school. She attended UC Berkeley and then graduated with highest honors from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry. She completed her AEGD residency at Bay Pines Veterans Affair Hospital in Florida and returned to San Francisco to practice.  She is always accepting new patients.   She continuously strives to improve all smiles and improve oral health. She teaches part-time at UOP Dugoni School of Dentistry in the pre-clinical courses and is a faculty member on the clinic floor. She is actively involved in her local and state dental societies and loves to stay busy within her professional career. Outside of dentistry, you'll find her outdoors somewhere hiking, backpacking, travelling or climbing.

Cristina

Office Manager

Cristina is dedicated to providing our patients with an amazing experience, beginning with the first phone call and continuing on throughout their visits. She grew up in Napa Valley and has been in the dental field for over nineteen years and loves it! The best part of her job is helping patients understand how important oral health care is. She is also a fabulous Dental Assistant. Cristina makes sure everyone feels at home and leaves the office with a smile. She loves to joke around. In her free time, she enjoys football and camping with her family and friends.

Thelma

Registered Dental Hygienist

Thelma joined Marina Grins Dental in 2016 with over 14 years of experience in the dental field. She is a graduate of Carrington College San Jose with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Thelma believes in providing excellent prevention services without compromising patient comfort. She is a passionate advocate of dental hygiene & dental health in general. Thelma maintains professional memberships with the American Dental Hygienist's Association, California Dental Hygienists' Association, & the Mount Diablo Dental Hygiene Society. When she is not working, Thelma enjoys spending time with her husband & her two daughters.

Adlyn

Patient Coordinator

Adlyn is a proud third generation San Franciscan having grown up in the Excelsior District of San Francisco. She has over thirteen years customer service experience having worked as a retail manager, patient coordinator, and a short stint in the wine industry. Her goal is to make your day brighter, whether it's recommending a great restaurant or being diligent in finding the right appointment time to fit with your busy schedule. In her free time she enjoys cooking, wine collecting, and has recently dabbled in fishing with her husband. 

Leslie

Patient Coordinator

Leslie is the newest member of our team. She has amazing customer service  experience from the restaurant industry & the dental field. One of her passions is trying new restaurants, especially Mexican & Asian cuisine. After working at a few different restaurants, it opened her palate to explore new & exciting dishes. Leslie's goal is to continue learning & growing within the dental field. Leslie currently resides in San Francisco's Mission District with her Mom & 7 year old sister.

Rosario

Rosario’s roots come from Mexico but she has spent most of her life in San Francisco where she met her husband. San Francisco’s Mission District is where she calls home and where she has raised her family. Rosario is hardworking, family oriented, and a resilient individual who loves a challenge. With over 20 years of customer service experience, Rosario aims to ensure your visit at Marina Grins Dental is a comfortable and a pleasant experience. She is committed to providing excellent patient satisfaction, and having our patients' smiles leave a bit brighter!
